Every case contains different parts with the data that should be anonymised or pseudonymisation. In this part, we will show how to do it for initial report part. 

Anonymisation process can be done by hiding personal information for some users in role based access.  


1. Open the case 


Attention! To do Anonymisation and Pseudonymisation case must be reopened (Pseudonymisation) by profile corrector or coodinator.


2. Go to the "Case files" section



3. In the Case files, we can see initial report  



  • First make a cope of initial report


  • Than restrict the access

or 

  • Delete the initial report

Attention! The option Delete is available just after making a copy of initial report



There is the possibility to show or hide the Copy of initial report



4. When you open the Copy of initial report and click, then you can start the Anonymisation and Pseudonymisation



Replace personal data with:

  • XXXXXXX
  • Person 1 (for names or surnames)

5. There is possibility to delete separate boxes with information provided by reporter





6. Click Save
