- Closing the case means that no further action is envisaged in the case. The system no longer counts downtime. No further changes to the case, or the addition of materials, will be possible after closing.
- From statuses, it is possible to pass only to the status: "Restored-reopened".
- Only the Supervisor can assign statuses.
