Message statuses
New messages - received messages that have not yet been submitted for consideration have an initial status of "New / Unreviewed". Reopened - messages that have been reviewed and restored after receiving additional information. Need details - messages with the status "Need details", to which the user has access. Open - messages with the status "In process / Under review and investigation)", to which the user has access. Awaiting decision - messages with the status "Awaiting decision", which are granted access to the user. On remediation - messages with the status "on remediation", to which the user has access. Closed - the full number of processed and closed messages. The full list can be seen in the Cases menu
