• This is an intermediate status, which means that the case is returned for consideration after a certain break due to the expectation of appropriate action by the informant or management or anyone else according to the process settings.
  • By their nature, the Reopened messages require attention, as do the New Messages, however, they have been singled out to better understand that this case has been considered before and now requires attention.
  • By default, it is possible to switch from this status to the following statuses: “Need details”, “In process / Under investigation”, “Under consideration”, “Pending decision” or “Closed - No action taken”.
  • The case status can be assigned by the Analyst, Supervisor and Case Manager at any stage until the case is transferred to management and assigned the status "Pending Decision".
