- Notification is finally classified, it is assigned a priority and, accordingly, the target response time.
- Case is assigned a responsible case manager and the case is transferred to him for work.
- Most of the time and work is spent during this status: all operational activities, verification of information, collection of evidence and facts take place at that time.
- From this status it is possible to move to the statuses: "Need details" or "Waiting for a decision".
