What happens after an incident report is sent?

By default, all Incident Reports after submission:

  • Become cases
  • Receive case status - Closed - Actions taken.

In the Incident Reports table, sent reports are marked with a special symbol and colour.

Accordingly, if your Incident Report has become a case, then all the necessary changes in it must be done in the case sections, and the incident registration form (by which you registered it) is no longer available.

Attention!

As after sending the report, the case has the status - Closed - Actions taken, further changes in the case are forbidden, until the status of the case is changed.

To change the status of a case and restore it have the right in the system:

  • The author of the incident report on the basis of which the case was created
  • Case manager. By default, this person is the author of the incident report.
  • Users with advanced rights - Administrator, Coordinator, Analyst.
