If you did not receive the letter, then you can use the function "Did not receive instructions for unlocking". An instruction letter will be re-sent.
The email you received contains a link to change your password.
Clicking on this link will open a password change page.
Enter a new strong password, confirm it and click on the green "Change my password" button.
Done! Your password has been reset. Log in to the system immediately.
